I have most of my costume for Cruella De Vil planned out. I'm only missing red shoes, jewelry, and a way to turn my hair white. I'm planning on using a white hair gel from the spirit store, but I'm unsure how it will turn out. I think I'll find either a pair of red flats or heels, but I'm leaning towards the heels (if I can find a decent, yet sensible pair). I have no idea what to do about jewelry, so any ideas would be perfect.
The only things I have down for the eye makeup is red lipstick. Everything else is up in the air. What do you think I could do, simple or complex, for this costume?
This is the white hair gel for Cruella's hair.

I think simple diy costumes look best because you can put a modern stylish twist on whatever you're going to be! If you don't wanna get that hair gel stuff look up crappy dry shampoos, they'll leave white residue in your hair, it won't be all completely white but I think it would look cool :)

Definitely cover over your brows and draw them on with a thick black liner!
