I have a school dance coming up next week the theme is "tight and bright" I have no idea what to wear and what to do for hair and makeup what do you guys suggest? Pictures would be nice and please no skirts or dresses because it's going to be too cold.

For makeup well a cute Barbie pink lipstick, and a winged eyeliner with the rest simple would look nice, for hair curled or a doughnut bun would look cute. Hope I helped :)

Maybe try neon colors.You could wear a skirt and leggings,so it won't be as cold(?).You could wear a long t-shirt with long sleeves with leggings and sneakers,but I don't know if it fits for a dance though.
For makeup,do something bright and fun,but not too much.Maybe pink lips or nude?

Idk about heels I'm not the best in walking in them haha I have a horrible story from the past about heels but thanks for the suggestion ;D.
