I usually on ever wear eye liner on the bottom because I don't have a steady enough hand to do the top. its always to chunky or not smooth. I just get frustrated with it.

What type of eyeliner do you use? Also it takes practice to get the perfect winged eyeliner just keep trying.

I draw the line lightly with a pencil first then trace it with liquid or gel if that helps any.

Use a liquid felt tip liner, revlon has a good one, they are so much easier to use and you can make it bold or thin!
