I'm also 13. Trust me, I don't think eyeliner is the right thing. 1-eyeliner is just too harsh for a middle schooler
2- I think if you just use gold eyeshadow on your inner corners, curl your eyelashes and apply lots of mascara your wyes will pop out. If you want the color to stand out even more, then put black pencil on waterline.
