Seche Vite! I have seen this at my walmart. Higher end but you will never have a quicker drying topcoat or one thats shine lasts longer!

Seche Vite! It's maybe like $6 or something? I love it! It dries so fast, it's shiny, and it keeps my nail polish from chipping as much as when I use other top coats.
