Put your hair in a french braid after getting out of the shower and spray it with any sprays such as healthy sexy hair spray and then when you wake up undo the ties and youll have kinky damp curls.

Do a LOW bun, when your hair is damp, the reason I say low is because if you do it high you'll have a big bump in the middle of your head, and in the morning undo the bun and you'll have lose curls :)

And try doing extra virgin olive oil masks, just apply it you your scalp (warm it up first) and then leave it on for the whole night (shower cap on) or leave it for two hours and then shower :)

I liked the olive oil mask I did but you really need to do a well job at cleaning your hair; I didn't I guess and my hair looked greasy after 2 washes 😰 lol, I agree with the Low bun too!!

I suggest reading Teri Laglesh's book curly like me! And Lorriane Massey's book as well! They helped me out loads!

I also have thick curly hair so to care for it I would do hair masks once a week and also stay away from products with sulfates and sodium chloride and it helps hair grow if you massage your staple for a few minutes a day.

Youtube youtube youtube and braids/ twists are your friend. Homemade hair masks made out of edibles like eggs milk honey etc. Weekly deep condition and co-wash (conditioner wash) shampoo maybe once a week because it strips moisture or you can add oil to your shampoo or just put oil all over your hair first then shampoo.

I would suggest plaiting box braids & make sure you deep condition your hair at least each month.
