So on to the good shtuff- I have like a bright, rich red hair color right now and I've really been tossing around/drooling over the idea of jumping on the ombre bandwagon now that I have the length [extensions]. Any colors/tips/suggestions, whatevs! Totally open to ideas and looking forward to your suggestions.
Also Ill post a pic to show you the color I'm workin with.

I like how Symones pic is at the bottom maybe do three layers black deep red then the fiery red at the bottom like Symone said.

Thanks Traci! And I love the fiery red and the black, I tend to go more toward the edgy side and also like the idea of a fiery orange like this http://farm9.static.flickr.com/8387/8611351139_370960bc87.jpg something that really pops.

This also brings me to my next question - what are some good products for this? Sally's or store brand, I know L'oreal makes the ombre kits and the blond one turns orange on bright red hair.

Your doing it yourself? your going to have to lift the color on your extentions first with a bleach if you want it to be bright then deposit the color you want those home kits never get it that bright and then deep condition it cause the bleach dries it out

Yeah I have everything but the color (bleach, developer, ion intense repair, ect). Maybe Ill just go with a Manic Panic for now so if I don't like it it'll be easier to fix and a little less fried. Thanks doll! :)
