I believe they are mosquito bite scars. Unfortunately I'm covered in then as well, those nasty buggers eat me alive! Obviously the best thing you can do is try not to scratch until they open up in the first place cause that's what leaves the mark ( on me anyway) and I'm sorry but I haven't found anything that lessens their appearance except time :-/ maybe a mild skin lightener and of course staying exfoliated and moisturizes helps.

Those look like scars to me. Do not use a scrub on them! It will only make it worse. I have so many scars and marks from mosquito bites and I swear by using pure organic virgin coconut oil on my body twice a day. My skin and scars have drastically improved.

Definitely scrub and a lotion with vitamin e or just the oil.
