Nail art for short nails?

I have fairly short nails at the moment, and was wondering what nail art I could do. Most nail art is in long nails and so I can't do it well on my nails... any ideas?

You could do lines or dots, those seem to be fairly easy. Even French tip or a sparkly nail can dress them up. I did some tribal print on my nails using some thin nail polish brushes.

Leopard print, polka dots, all nails one color and add an accent finger. (:

I love simple nails nude nails or dark burgandy/red nails maybe have a gold rim on the edges x
