When your doing your top eyeliner (liquid) and then when you put mascara on your eyelashes are all hard and stiff and ugh! Anyways debating if I should stick to gel liner.

LOLOL that would suck.
I haven't used a liquid pen yet, but I'm using Maybelline's Eye Studio gel liner & it's great :)
never get that problem, ever.

I always put my liquid eyeliner on after my mascara lol

Take a q tip and lightly apply baby powder or Vaseline. Hope that helps x

That happens with the brush liquid liners. Not ever happen to me whith a pen or a hard tip liquid liner because you control the amount of it.

I've never had that issue with liquid liners I find it more common with gels since they're waterproof- that means thaey dry faster and don't clean so easy
