I agree with the maybelline liner. Only liner I use and I love it. I refuse to use any other liner. You can also use elf (really cheap but quality I hear)

Does the maybe line or Essence smudge? Bc my eyeliner now smudges throughout the day and so it's doesn't last long. I was something pretty durable/longlasting.
