Appropriate Office Dress? Opinions!

I want to get this dress from F21 because I'm trying to get a few new office appropriate pieces. This comes in black and white, I'm drawn to the white one but is it appropriate to wear something like this in an office setting? With a blazer or colored cardigan maybe? Definitely not the shoes though. Help me please! What's your opinion?

I feel like black would be appropriate for the office because it doesn't pop out more like the white, and a black blazer

And yes it would be appropriate with black plums but not long heels, and oops! I met with a white blazer

I agree with Mariam, the black is more office appropriate but I love the white! I say get the white, because it still is appropriate, the black is just more so. A blazer would be perfect, a cardigan would seem to dress it down.
