What age is it acceptable to wear heels? Not on a daily basis but to dinners, parties or dressy events. Also what age for smaller heels and bigger heels?

I think about 13, and start with smaller heels, then if your feet get used to it,you could move on to higher heels:)

They will deform your feet but that is only if you wear them really young. At about 11-12 is when your feet should be developed enough to not deform. I am a dancer and at my studio they won't let you start pointe until age 12 because just like heels, pointe can mess with the growth patterns of your feet. So if at 12 you can wear pointe shoes I think you can wear heels lol

Small heels at like 13 or 14 and then bigger heels at 17 or 18 when your fully developed heels are not meant for kids and preteens you start as a teen and you can wear normal high heels as a adult , I see no reason to wear small heels , but also you could probanly start at 16 whenever your ready

Maybe its just my town but the only time I've ever seen people wear high heels is homecoming, which they take off and throw in the corner once they get to the dance. But me personally, I've only ever worn small heels and I'm 15.

I grew up in the 90s, so I was wearing platforms all of my life. I started wearing high heels, wedges, and higher platform shoes (5+ inches) when I was 11-12 (in the sixth grade). Its also when I stopped growing though. I was wearing a lot of 2-3" platforms and/or wedges since I was about 7 and sometimes a 4" shoe at about 9. I wasn't wearing stilettos or anything until I was about 13-14 and only to special events. I didn't start wearing heels on a daily basis until I graduated high school since getting to class on time was pretty hard with higher heels.

I started wearing 5 inch like in 6 grade only to family partys and weddings stuff like that. then freshman year I wore them every weekend when I would party. then I got pregnant and wore like 3 inch heels.

It depends on how you look. If you are 13 but you look younger or even if you look your age, then no. But if you look older, yes. Iif not 15.

But I don't wear heels, simply because I am a very tall motherfucker.

15 or 16, but it sure won't be stripper heels haha plus it depends how you look walking in them to. I'd you look like an idiot then they need to be smaller no matter what your age.
