I always wash my face before I apply makeup (when I can atleast, we all have our lazy days (; )
I think it is the foundation I am using.
I am using the liquid foundation by maybelline called dream liquid mousse. I use the Carmel tone because I love to tan(:
But anyway, is there any type foundations like a mousse or foam or anything that makes your skin not shiny?! And is for oily skin so it creates a matte look and no shine!
Let's keep it at foundation I can buy at a Walmart or rite aid because Mac an sephora are out of my price range atm!
