Put some moisturizer in your foundation and boom you got cc bob or gg cream or what ever you want to call ir.

Well that's not completely true, a cc creme works to even out the skin tone, so if you have a lot of redness to your skin it will even out the redness, the same if you have yellows undertones... A bb creme is more like a tindet moisturizers like Maryam said, but it still have a lot of benefits for your skin!
