Making your own tutu is so easy and fun, I've made them in different colors for a couple different costumes. All you need is elastic to go around your waste like a snug belt and buy a yard of every color of tulle you want in your tutu at a craft store then just cute them into strips and tie them around the elastic! There's probably a ton of YouTube tutorials on how to make them too.
