I heard that primer is supposed to help with acne and breakouts. I can't but any right now so is there a way to make one? and my foundation looks weird after I put it on how do I fix this?

I've read allot of girls used milk of magnesia as a primer, they said it works great for oily skin I still need to buy some to try it out. when you say weird what do you mean.
