I'm applying for beauty consultant jobs and I'm hoping to get a reply from these places preferably (obviously I'm a massive fan of both) but if it was up to you who would you rather work for? This is just me being curious by the way!

Also! I have baby pink hair, would I be required to dye it?

Neither brand pays much attention to makeup so if artistry is what you'd like to go for, neither. Clinique is extremely Skincare focused, I doubt they'd let a pink haired girl represent their brand. As for beneoft, while they do have makeup they don't push it as much as they do their brow services and Skincare. They might allow an alternative represent but I wouldn't count on it.
Try for a brand like Mac or INGLOT where your look is coveted and accepted.
I myself have purple hair and when I applied for Macy's the head beauty manager said she loved my look and personality and wanted me with a brand that would showcase that and my artistry and put me with INGLOT. She even went on to say that those brands focus on Skincare and look for a specific look.
I'm not trying to discourage you, just giving you a realistic glance at these brands. You shouldn't have to change yourself when others are more them willing to give you a chance.

I would work at benefit if given the chance. I am in love with their products and vintagy feel.
