Any tips on apply full coverage?

I think the freckles look great :) but if you want to apply full coverage, start with a good quality high covg foundation.
If you have extra $ definitely go for Estee Lauder Double Wear (approx $45 or Kat von D ($35). Revlon Colorstay ($15) is a good alternative too.
Dab small dots of the foundation on the face, concentrating mostly on redness/blemishes/your case, freckles. Use either a stippling brush or a sponge to make small quick dabbing and light spreading motions to blend the foundation. Fingers don't work as well as brushes and sponges in this case, since the foundation is heavy duty you're going to want it very evenly blended and airbrushed looking. Use a small amount of translucent loose powder to finish the look. The foundations I've suggested all work very well on oily, combo or normal skinned people, hopefully that caters to you.
Hope this helped! :)
