Nyx. you can catch it on sale.. elf is ok but expect for some products/eye shadow shades to b a complete miss.. but I've used their little $1 quads with great success in the past..

Hmmm non-expensive would be L'oreal High Intensity Pigments eyeshadow...expensive good eyeshadow would be the Urban Decay Naked Palette.

I disagree about NYX. I would recommend coastal scents over NYX for cheap eyeshadow BUT personally I don't skimp on eyeshadow. I hate cheap stuff, I need creamy pigmented heaven!

Another good point to be made the UD Naked palette is 52$ for 12 shadows which breaks down to 4.33 a shadow. A good deal for the quality!
