Okay. It's really hard to find pics to demonstrate what I'm talking about. But the best way I can think of is wear is:
1. A black fitted shirt (if the skirt is high waist tuck it in)
2. With the black shirt, wear an accessory that is one of the colors in the skirt with black or nude shoes
3. Wear the black shirt, with a shoes that are one of the colors in the skirt. With gold jewelry
3. Wear a shirt that's one of the colors of the skirt with with black shoes and gold jewelry.

Hey symone... I know its realy hard... and I really appreciate your efforts..and yes this skirt is high waist and I like d very first idea of black.shirt. but onli thing I am unsure is should I get d shirt of d same material this skirt is.. it is shinning.. I guess probably hosiery..

I wouldn't wear the same material shirt. It would take attention away from the beautiful detailing on the skirt. This needs to be paired with plain items.
