I'm in need of a new eyeliner (not liquid ) which brand is good and doesn't smudge and stays in place.

I really like pencil eyeliners for my waterline. I like Rimmel Scandal Eyes, NYX pencil eyeliner (the one with the really long name), and for higher end mallys pencil eyeliner is awesome!
