My suggestion will be not to wash them in washing macine. Hand wash them. Idk if it helps..

It might be them type of bras don't suit you, try some bras which have harder material rather than just fabric ones:)

You can't really fix it...
I would rather recommend a padded bra instead! Maybe try a sports bra?
