Hi guys! I really need a new straightener that won't be too expensive but will last long. I will need this straightener to curl and straighten my hair. Thank you <3.

I've had my Chi straightener for 3 years now, I use it to curl and straighten my hair and it works like a charm, even in Florida's humidity. Its pricy, but very worth it (at least in my opinion).

I just got a new one from Sally Beauty- it's called tool science and I think it works great. It was only $45 on sale. Works way better than my chi.

I have a HerStyler. Its called "Colorful Seasons". It has 100% ceramic plates, unlike other straighteners that have metal plates with just a coating of ceramic on top. The Herstyler makes my hair so shiny and soft. I paid $100 but it was money well spent.

Babyliss is cheaper than chi and lasts longer from my experience behind the chair. I've had so many chis break but they'll give you a new one for $40 if the old one breaks if you save the box

Babyliss, Solano, or Sultra. Chi is overrated. Don't get anything unless it's 100% ceramic or offers nanotechnology.

You did mean flat iron right? Not straightener as in chemicals..? I forgot to mention there is a green brush with boars hair and nylon bristles, I'm almost positive it's called the Marilyn brush. You can use it in place of a flat iron when blow drying your hair. The brands I mentioned can be a bit pricey, but they all offer warranties and trust me, it's totally worth the investment. Xxoo.
