Best Waterline Eyeliner?

I was wondering what the best eyeliner for your waterline is? One that can stay on all day. Is the Maybelline Eyeliner a good one?

I use an almay one and it always smudges below my eye and is hard to get off my waterline. PLEASE HELP!(:

I'm not sure if maybelline is good, I haven't used it. My favorite is Urban Decays 24/7 in zero. Stays on all day without smudging or making me look like I have racoon eyes.

I heard the urban decay 24 hour eyeliner is good. I wouldn't recommend the one I'm using. Em cosmetics one is good to. It's not ridiculously expensive, it averages out with the urban decay one or any other makeup store eyeliner.

I've used the rimmel water proof eyeliner and it has great color pigment, but the only thing I don't like is the pencil is really soft and it needs to be sharpened a lot, but it is low price...more pros than cons

I use Maybelline Unstoppable liner & it's awesome!! don't have to sharpen, it glides on VERY easily, & lasts all day!
