Nay, sorry. you just need a little more practice! it'd probably be easier for you if you used gel or a pencil so you don't have to be so precise with such a fine line :)

Definitely try a gel eyeliner as you will get more of a precise lines, it looks a bit sketchy at the top so It may need a bit more practice or some black matte eyeshadow on top.

Yea I'm starting to agree! I'm looking at this picture and realize that it is more chipped than earlier. I took this later in the afternoon ad didn't notice how funky it looked! Why would it chip like that any ideas?

Sara it could just be the eyeliner. It also could be the application or lack of an eyeshadow primer.

Physicians Formula Shimmer Strips Gel pots are great. Any drugstore should have them.
