But don't moisturize. Maybe that's why you have the rash because maybe of an allergic reaction. If I were you, I would stop moisturizing and see a doctor or nurse.

The makeup wipe might be to harsh on your skin especially if you scrubbed to hard just splash some cool water on your face to get off any access chemicals from the wipe off (I myself have sensitive skin being how I know this) if its not better by tomorrow I would go to a doctor though

Your skin might just be sensitive, it can happen from time to time like if you rub your face to hard it can come or it could be dermatitis google if you don't know what it is, google it if you don't know what it is hunny:) I'm sure it's fine but if it gets worse go doctors
