I personally don't like that type of piercing but if you want it, go for it. If you don't like it, you can always take it out and if it scars, nobody will be able to see it. :)

Noooo you will regret in the long run because its not something that really grows over, like you will always have indentions from it even is it grows over and it looks gross when you try to cover it up...

Just make sure the piercer knows what they're doing, uses the right tools that have been cleaned with and autoclave and puts it in the right spot. but I think you'll look cute and If it'll make you happy, go for it.(:
