You can make a perfect Smokey with just about any pallet in my opinion. I wouldn't buy a Oakley jusy for Thatwhen the colors you would get, you can get out of just about any pallet your already own. plus then you get colors for every day too. But it's all about preference. I Like the elf 100 and something pallet. also the ones they sell in big palets at Victoria secrets are nice too. and a lot cheaper than urban decay.
