Definitely see a doctor. And moisturize your face with a mixture of Neosporin and oil free moisturizer. The Neosporin helps acne because it's an antibacterial product

I also recommend a derm, but for now Cerave or Cetaphil is a great place to start for relief.

Using lots of products can be very damaging to your skin and weaken it, allowing more bacteria to get into your pores. Make sure your skin is healthy and only use acne products twice a day at the most. When I had bad acne, I would wash my face with soap and water every morning and night, then right before bed I'd use an all night acne medicine. Trust me when I say it gets better eventually tho.

Sulfur soap is a miracle I'm not even joking. Look for the "Grisi Sulfur Soap" even the online reviews are wonderful.
