Do you know of any non-shimmery foundations? What is face/eye primer? What color eyeliner/eyeshadows would look best with hazel eyes? Thanks!! Answer any of them if you can.

Covergirl 3 in 1 foundation is a really good matte one. face/eye primer goes under your foundation/eyeshadow to help it stay on all day.

Face primer creates a barrier for our skin depending on what primer it helps with shinnes or to prolong your makeup wear. Eye primer makes color stand out more not crease and so it last longer.

A face primer is a base for your foundation it helps your foundation last longer and reduces the appearance of pores and makes your foundation go on much smoother and a eye primer is a base that helps your eyeshadow last longer and show true to color in other words make it be the color its supposed to be and you can never go wrong with black eyeliner and gold shadows look great with hazel eyes.

I have hazel eyes as well. I can pull just about any color but purples, rose gold, bronzes. I have a couple shadows that are a rosey bronze color and they. really make my eyes pop. I like trying new colors as each will bring out the various colors in your eyes.

Non shimmery foundation is usually called matte finished where there is no shine. Shimmery foundation can be referred to as a Dewey finish. Another thing you can do to mattify your foundation is to set it with a translucent powder.
The purpose of using a primer is to make your makeup stay; and/or make a color stand out like eye shadows...etc.
