There's a little shoe stretcher that you could get at almost any shoe store or if its urgent you could put running alcohol on a cotton ball, dab it onto the area that you want larger, put on some thick fuzzy socks, and wear them around the house for a while. hope that helped!

Get a zip lock baggie, put water in it. Put in shoe. Put in freezer. Water expands when frozen.

aside from also stretching the shoe you can buy shoe tape by Dr Scholls. you place it inside the shoe where it's rubbing your foot. it's cushioned so it relieves the rubbing. I swear by it! lol

I actually learned that from my dance instructor! We always have to pour rubbing alcohol on new pointe shoes, and she said it works with almost any pair of shoes you want to mold to your foot! All credit goes to her(:
