Just purchased Witch Hazel toner, but I don't know when to apply it and how much? Is it after I wash my face day and night? (Please help!) aha ()

I do it after I wash my face with a cleanser I just dab some on a cotton ball.

After you wash your face and cleanse apply a toner:) then moisturise after, you only have to do it once a day:)
