My eyes change colors.. Sometimes they are a bright blue then they will change to aqua green, I have a eye shadow kit, but I don't know what colors would look good..

Um basics are great and matte colours with a shimmery inner corner look great don't go to dark for a day look with blue eyes!

Blues and greens/reals in similar shades (maybe even bolder or lighter, depending on the look you're going for) and bronzes, golds, brown/tans look really nice with blue eyes!
