I think winged liner would be nice on you. Your eyes are downturned(not a bad thing. Marilyn had them) and the winger would lift them upward. Also, ditch the bottom liner totally. It will just open your eyes up so much more.

Brown smokey eye with winged liner on top and mascara to bring out your eyes, peach lips, a little bit of bronzer and blush to contour your face, fill in your brows with eyeshadow.
