I was wondering how I begin to experiment with colorful eyeshadow looks! I've been very hesitant because I dearest wear eyeshadow but when I do, it's natural or neutral, sometimes I wear a plum cream only on my old but that's about the extend of my colorful makeup. How do I start?! I want fun eyeshadow looks but I don't know how to execute it at all!!

Try looking up a picture on google images, and pick your favorite. See if you have the colors it takes, then grab whatever brush you may need (I normally use my fingers, but occasionally, a brush is needed) and go to town! Just try and replicate it as best as you can, always starting by priming the lids and then go from lightest to darkest. By the way, I love your profile pic; I wish I could wear bright lipstick!

You could smudge a shadow that makes your eyes pop under your lower lash line, or look up tutorials on youtube!!

Watch a bunch of YouTube videos on looks you would like to try and practice practice practice. and before you know it you'll be doing your eyshadow like a boss! That is what I did. every chance I got I was playing with my makeup.

Oh also make sure you have a good primer and base that way the colors are true and not all dull.

Yes I agree with Ashley. definitely get a good primer and white based primer is good or the color will look a bit dull. I used 24 hour color tattoo in painted purple and then went over it with a purple eyeshadow on my cousin. the lighting sucks in the picture but it is pretty bright in person.

Look up YouTube videos! There are tons and tons of people out there who make videos specifically for makeup tutorials. They always tend what brand and color they are using too if you want the exact, I'm cheap so I just look for generic ones. But they make vids for all occasions so that would be a good step by step guide to follow!

It's easier when you have some sort of neutral to blend thing out and pull it all together :)
