Carmex or sugar lip balm. Cetaphil is my Dailey moisturizer that I use every season. Drink lots of water. For my body I use aveeno extra dry skin, it's in a tub. I use it every day after I shower and it moisturizers for almost 24hrs.

Vaseline has a spray-on moisturizer that's great for on-the-go. For lips I recommend Aquaphor, Nivea ("A Touch of Moisture"), Bag Balm, and Carmex. If you want soft lips but a little color, Burt's Bees in Pomegranate is terrific. They also have a tinted lip balm in various bright shades - I love "Red Dahlia."
