For how long do you have them? When do they become more visible? Are they ichty?

Allergic contact dermatitis is what it looks like to me. Something that you're using has probably irritated your skin. What is something that is new that you started using a few weeks ago? I ask because the skin probably has a build up of the offending toxin and then decided to rebel by causing this reaction. To calm it down I suggest not using any makeup (you can do mascara and lipstick just don't use foundation or blush) for a few days. Same thing happened to me a few months ago but my skin looked much worse (pus filled welts). I learned I was allergic to a common preservatives found in most skincare and cosmetics and my skin was just overloaded with it. It took a silly facial wipe to set off the chain reaction. I couldn't wear any facial cosmetics for about two weeks. It took coconut oil and some concoction that my husband whipped up to speed up the healing.

It could be an allergy. Think about what you've been eating lately that might have cause your skin reaction.

I know, it sucks, I had gotten red bumps on my face and neck and thought it was a reaction, but after battling it for a few years finally went to the doctor, she gave me some prescription topical medicine that helped a lot.

I can't really tell from the pictures but you should see a dermatologist not a dr just for a consultation so they can tell you exactly what it is

If you aren't going out.. Definitely try to not use makeup. If you have dry skin, try coconut oils and some natural soothing ingredients. Don't aggressively wash and use as less makeup as you can.

I get something similar- if my face gets too hot, from air or water, I get little hives and start itching. I have to wash my face with luke-warm water or risk itching for an hour.

Well I did my research and found out they were whiteheads and I used the back of a clip where it had a little loop on the end , I used it to push down on the whiteheads all the gunk would come out after that I used a olay milk conditioner and it calmed down my skin a little because it was red now most of them are gone but I'm still going to see the dermatologist just in case :)
