How do I keep my foundation from rubbing off? When I sit and do my homework, then touch my face for a minute, then touch my paper, my foundation rubs off my finger and on my paper!!! I think I have oily skin, because I do set it with powder and that doesn't help....

you might be using a bad foundation, one of the only foundations that doesnt transfer for me is lancome teint idole. the other problem could be that your primer/moisterizer arent compatible. you need to use water based with water based, silicone with silicone, or oil based and oil based for both primer and foundation. its like oil and water dont mix.

Try pro long wear foundation from Mac, it has beautiful coverage, 15 hour wear, oil control, And it doesn't transfer. Try the blot powder as well for touch ups instead, it just mattifies the skin doesn't add more makeup or colour, and makes the skinned look smooth.

Set your makeup with rice powder. It sounds crazy and ridiculous, but rice powder (I found some at the Asian market, and since rice sucks up moisture, I re-set my foundation with it all the time. It's also translucent. It's very cheap for a large bag of it. Just a quick fix. :)

It could also be your moisturizer. Sometimes the formula of your moisturizer might not work well with the formula of the foundation.

Make sure you aren't OVER applying your products, it's similar to salt disintegrating into water, once there is too much there is no where for the product (salt) to go.

What foundation are you using? What primer (if any) are you using underneath? And what moisturizer are you using in your skincare routine? As pointed out, you need to use like with like and not apply too much.
