Any recommendations on a drug store brand red lipstick that doesn't dry out on my lips or smudge??

Revlon Cherries in the snow! it has a little pink in it but it is beautiful. They all smudge though. milani has a nice red too.

Nyx matte has two or threee reds. I have one of them. Don't know the name but the nyx mate formula is nice overall.
