Peppermint oil hair treatment. Biotin pills or hair, skin, and nails pills. Keratin products. No heat and if you do use a heat protector. I cut my split ends every six months. If you take care of your hair it shouldn't be bad. Use good shampoo and conditioner. I use organix. It is like 6-7$ at kmart or I think even walmart.

Get trims! That's the secret! Even try morrocan oil from like Garneir fructis. Or argain oil. Drink lots of water, fruits, and veggies! I know you can't avoid applying heat to your hair sometimes but make sure to always use a heat protector spray!
