Your hair will that natural waves when you remove it in the morning.. and I heard tht it helps to not damage the hair while you sleep, bcse its not all over the place, I hope I'm making sense. lol.

When my hair was longer it would get tangled really easily, and sleeping with a braid definitely helped with that. It also cut down on my styling time by boosting my natural waves, so I can look put together without too much effort.
