I saw many reviews that porefessional work great, and it minimize the pores, but it doesn't work for me... my pores are less visible after I apply but after half an hour, my pores are visible as usual...
is it the way I apply are wrong? should I apply foundation or concealer after I apply porefessional? and how should I apply porefessional? just pat it over my nose?

I usually apply my primer like I do my moisturizer, by dotting it on my face and then gently massaging it into my skin. Makeup should always come after primer, otherwise it defeats the purpose!

Yes I get the same way. So I use L'Oreal miracle blur ( oil free) my pores have never looked so good. Apply a dime size. A little goes a long way.

I think primers take trial and error before finding a good one. I had the hardest time finding primers for myself. Also, everyone has different skin types, textures, color, etc. what works for someone may not work for you. You can try too faced primed and poreless. Or smashbox like annmarie recommended.
Also, I learned with most primers you can't like spread across your face, it has to be more of a patting and dabbing motion.

You should apply the primer before you apply the foundation and concealer. That could be why it's not working for you. Try using a flat top kabuki brush to buff your foundation in circular motion, it makes any large pores instantly vanish. :)

I love this primer, definetly minimises my pores and stops my skin being so oily during the day! And it can be applied over make up if I feel I need it!! Shame it doesn't work for you but there are loads out there, the smashbox ones are really good! x

If the primer is balling up it because the ingredients are not compatible with your foundation. You always need to match a silicone primer with a silicone based foundation, water based primer-water based foundation, otherwise you will get the little balls because the ingredients are not chemically compatible.

@ Shelby
If you use moisturizer, make sure it's thoroughly dry before you put primer on. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry and forget to do this, when I put on my foundation the primer peels off.

I use the tarte 12 hour amazonian clay foundation and I love it! I also like the urban decay foundation, both are silicone based and should work with that primer for you.
