You don't need a lot of makeup to cover under eye circles. Just use a peachy concealer on the top of it, to counteract the blueish shade. Here are a few helpful tips:
Cold cucumber, and raw potato slices are great undereye refreshers. Apply for 15-20 minutes. A cotton ball with cold milk, or even a freezing cold spoon should do the trick too.Undereye bags may be temporary. They can be caused by the amount of time you sleep, and the position you sleep. Bags are a result of liquid buildup underneath the eye causing that puffy, swollen look. I've found that Vaseline has worked very well for many of my skin/eye related issues, as well. Get a good eye cream, and stick to it. If you've already tried more than 2 creams, there's no point getting any more. It must be something you do, or are not doing that causes the puffy buildup. Skip the creams, and do-dads. Products can only do so much. Search for natural remidies, and recommendations.
