I'm going to Korea tomorrow for my cousins wedding. The flight will be approximately 15 hours, ahhh. I'm going to be wearing very comfortable clothing. I'm not going to be wearing makeup like eyeshadow, mascara, etc. but since I have very oily skin I was going to put on a light layer of my foundation and bring my pressed powder on the plane. Do you think this is okay? What makeup do you wear while travelling?

Honestly, whenever I go on any flight - & especially long ones like yours - I dress is either sweats or PJ's. be comfortable because you're going to be in a cramped little space for 15hrs! lol. I usually put my hair up in a messy bun too & forget the makeup (:
also, make sure you walk around the plane every few hours. it will prevent tiny blood clots from forming in your legs. they're usually harmless, but better to be safe than sorry!

Try to avoid tight clothing (especially tight pants), and high heels. They can restrict blood flow and cause bad blood clots during air travel.
I usually wear a pair of comfortable loose-fitting jeans, a teeshirt, and a cardigan. Wear comfy socks and shoes that are easy to take off. I skip makeup and wear a ton of aquaphor- I have dry skin and the air on planes dries it out super bad. Since your skin is oily, you could probably get away with not wearing anything but a light moisturizer, and bring blotting papers if you are worried. If you plan on sleeping during your flight, skip the makeup until you land.
If you are within the guidelines, try to get a seat near the emergency door: they have a couple extra inches of room. :) Bring something to read. Avoid eating meal service that contains chicken! I got salmonella from my Aer Lingus dinner when I went to Ireland a few years ago and I was too sick to enjoy my vacation. Probably not likely to happen to anyone else, but thought I would mention it as a caution. ;)
Have fun!
