I just dyed my hair medium goldenrod brown, my roots came out more colored then the rest of my hair!? 😳 how do I even it out with out damaging my hair soo much?

Uhm you could try washing it with clarifying shampoo. That happened with the ends of my hair and it faded to the same color as the rest of my hair.

That happens everytime I dye my hair since my roots are warmer being that they're closer to my head..after one or two washes they fade to the same color (:

It's because your roots are virgin hair and pick up the color very easily. I wouldn't try to dye all of the hair just the parts that are too bright

To avoid this in the future..apply a plastic bag to your roots to trap the heat.
