If you don't mind the price Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua is the best I've ever used. Finish is absolutely gorgeous and slightly glowy, and coverage is light to medium but buildable. It's my go to foundation for anything!

If you get the benefit hello beauty oxygen wow liquid foundation make sure to get it in 1 shade lighter than your normal shade. I have light skin and the light was too dark and it made my face orangey.
