I would keep the shorts as the star of the outfit. I would change the shirt to something plain and simple. or you could even change the shirt to a long sleeved graphic t-shirt that matches the shorts?

There is too many colours. I'd change the shirt to just plain white, and the bracelets to either red, white or blue.

I like everything but the shorts, they kind of remind me of some kind of lingerie and we don't want that! I'm sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear or came across as harsh, maybe try high waisted jean shorts with some embellishment on the pockets or something.

The articles are cute individually but as an outfit not so much. The shorts are too dressy for the shoes & the pattern in the shirt doesn't match the shorts. Go for something solid with maybe flats or something.

I really do not like this outfit at all. I'm sorry. The socks and shorts seem very childish to me.
