Yes, you can apply it twice a day... Right after you cleanse your skin 😊

I would never use oil on my skin if I have oily skin! My face is oily and I barely moisturize. Putting oil on my face, I feel, would only make it worse.

A very tiny amount of oil, 2 drops under makeup for day, and three to four at night for moisture does help control the amount of oil your skin naturally produces.

I also use this as a makeup remover! Just put some on a cotton pad and it works really well, but you need to remove the excess oil off your face with a clean cotton pad or something or your face will be oily.

@ Alejandra Your skin is the largest sensory organ on your body. It produces oil to protect and moisturize as well as clean itself. Without the sebum that is produced by the sebaceous glands, our largest organ would not function properly. What we have traditionally done throughout the years, especially those with oily skin, is use harsh cleansers and astringents to strip away the oils. So when we go and use these harsh detergents and soaps and strip away our naturally occurring sebum, the skin goes into overdrive and produces even MORE oil to replace and compensate the oil that has been removed.
The more you take, the more it makes.
Basic chemistry lesson…like dissolves like. Meaning, oil will dissolve oil. ( Have you ever tried removing nail polish from your nails with nail polish? ) It will also clean and replace. You are better off taking a cotton ball, dipping it in oil, and cleaning your skin, then stripping it of oil. The clean oil will not only dissolve the dirty oil and replace it, but it will also clean out your pores. ☺

Using oils on oily skin in small amounts is fine, use it as a moisturizer or paired with a moisturizer however if you have acne prone skin or cystic ance trying to use the oil cleansing methods may not be the best choice for you everyone's skin reacts different and thou oils are a great hydrating method they do not clean out your pore wall and if used without proper cleansing methods can lead to breakouts.
