girll.....i suggest u put ur hair into a high bun..with pearl tips peekin out from the bun..very sophisticated and sexcii...anything with ur hair down will distract ur look..royal blue is a beautiful color....so u want something thts gonna compliment ur dress and hair together:) hope tht helps love:)

If you are donning a low back dress then definitely you should put your hair up neatly like a bun or a twist. You want the bare-back attention so don't over do the hair
